Smith sought the lord and was given the mandate to prepared those in which he had a charge over to prepare to go to the next dimension. The birth of the Leadership Institute was promulgated for the sole purpose to take and properly train every leader in to the positions needed to effectively run the house of the Lord. \u00a0This institute of understanding has propelled the current leaders into a more intensified understanding of the positions of servitude in this house and the kingdom at large.
